Patient – No Answer

The patient does not pick up when I call their number: 

  1. Many patients have their phone set to automatically reject calls from blocked numbers where the call will go straight to voicemail. Sometimes users also do not pick up blocked numbers. Therefore,  try to use the Doximity dialer or FreedomVoice app instead (our 888 number will show) 
  2. If the patient still does not pick up two times in a row write in the SOAP note “called patient twice with no response” and end the consultation as unresolved.
