Please note: QuickMD providers need to provide the time frame as to when they require the UDS/DS, and to specify if it just a plain UDS or with a buprenorphine screen.

1. 2 weeks – 1 month – when suspecting diversion or opioid use
2. 60 days – as a state requirement
3. OBAT clinic date – this only applies to the last day of in-person visits

If a timeframe is not provided, the support team will automatically assume it is required within 30 days/by their follow-up appointment.
