Unable To Connect

If you are unable to connect to the chat or the video consultation (e.g. “attempting to reconnect” message) that usually means that the patient got disconnected (usually the phone screen closed or they minimized the app): 

In that case let the administrative assistants know and they will take care of it

(usually that means rebook the patient as a phone consultation)
